A good choice would be to incorporate healthy changes into our routine and diet!

Good nutrition and a healthy diet play a big role in how our bodies function.  We are all looking for wellness and are looking for ways to feel better.  The USDA Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion states that  Heart Disease, Cancer, Stroke, and Diabetes  are four or the ten leading causes of death in the US and are associated with dietary factors.

Our life styles and the busy world we live in has had a big impact on us preparing healthy meals and finding  the time to  exercise to keep our bodies in good shape.  So much of our food source today comes from packaged food, over processed, toxic with pesticides, steroids, fast foods, and that are  lacking in the essential nutrition our body needs to stay healthy.  We need to think about incorporating healthy changes into our diets and routine that can make a difference.   Our bodies run best on whole food, pure water, whole grains for fiber, vegetables & fruits for antioxidants, essential oils, minerals,  a healthy protien and probiotics to promote good health.

You should check with your doctor before going into a excercise program, but excercise helps our cardiovascular system, helps relieve stress, and gives your muscles strength.  Muscle builds muscle mass and as your muscle mass increases your body can burn more calories.  Maintaining a healthy weight and a clean healthy diet can make a difference towards Optimal Health.

According to Dr. Heber, head of the research/nutrition lab at UCLA has stated on the whole Americans are more unhealthy than ever and that poor nutrition along with stress, pollutions and other factors increase the risk of a variety of illnesses and obesity.

It is easier for some to incorporate health changes into their routine and diet.  I have found a whole superfood product called the Essential 7 that gives my body the complete nutrition it needs.  For more information go to Optimal Health Solutions.

Remember we control our diet and activity level and we have the power to improve our health!
